The Ypsilanti Youth Choir is free and open for all Ypsilanti children. It is right across the street at the Free Methodist Church, so that Ypsilanti Community High School students can have easy access. When the Ypsilanti Choral Association was created in the 90s, WIHI and the ECA program did not exist. With the Ypsilanti Youth Choir, WIHI and ECA students can benefit from the Endowment. The Ypsilanti Youth Choir gives YCHS students a chance to sing and work with an economically and educationally diverse group of students. There are YCHS, ECA and WIHI students enrolled in the Ypsilanti Youth Choir. There are also Ypsi kids who attend charter schools and home-schooled children, as well some very talented adults.

Ms. Crystal Harding is the wonderful choir director. She strives to give everyone in the choir a voice. Ever since then the choir has performed for the community numerous times, and more to come!
